Good afternoon....
Some of you will be aware of the large number of creditors and issues I am currently enjoying dealing with, to add to the pleasure of all this one of my delightful creditors is playing games and I'd like some advice from you guys!
We have 2x loans and 2x current accounts with Intelligent finance in what they call a plan. Needless to say thay are all in arrears etc etc etc....
After dealing with the fab people at Payplan, Intelligent Finance can not seem to tell me or Payplan where the debt now is in order for us to discuss it, organise payment and negotiate payments. IF say we cant speak with you call Bridge collections, Bridge collections say We cant deal with you contact Blair Oliver Scott, they say we dont know who you are, we have no record of any of these accounts and I go round and round and round in circles like this...
Now after spending the bast part of 48 years trying to find out who now owns/deals/sniffs !! this debt no one will accept responsibility for it and it is now A) annoying
stalling the process of my DMP as Payplan cant issue a financial statement C) annoying again....
Any ideas, sugestions etc ....
Thanks guys

well Intelligent Finance are an affiliate of Halifax bank of Scotland (HBOS) so my best suggestion is to contact HBOS. there is no point contact DCA after DCA as about every DCA under the sun deals with HBOS debt.
Good Luck0 -

Flipping eck that's a long time

Sorry I have no practical advice for you except try not to get too stressed by it all. I've found that when going round and round in circles the more stressed I am the less helpful people seem to be maybe because the stress makes my voice sound more angry than stressed (if that makes sense)0 -
I may just write one simple letter to IF head office and ask them to let me have the info within 14 days including agreements, if they dont respond or cant then they remove my liability for the debt....0

hey, i had a creditor who passed the debt around and I had no idea who to pay. Keep all your letters and proof that shows that you were willing to pay and chasing them to pay. My debt appeared out of nowhere when an over zealous Logic Group got hold of it 6 months later. I copied them all the letters and they agreed that it wasn't my fault and we began a payment plan. if you can try and keep the monthly payments, they should be getting saved, to offer when they do turn up.
