Keep an old oven proof dish in fridge ,put it in oven when you turn on ,tip into roasting tin, add meat, roast. Then tip contents back into bowl ,retaining juices at bottom for gravy.Do I need it or just want it.0

I keep mine - serperate in jars for each meat. I have bacon, pork, chicken, goose and beef! Beef gets used for yorkies or searing meat for a stew etc, chicken for starting a risotto or stor fry, goose for roasties or sauted potsPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
