Wife saw a TV ad for them, she went on the website and saw a coat she likes. Checked the site and found no phone number or postal address given. Cannot even request a catalogue without registering. Has anyone used them? Are they reputable? Any experiences to share please? BB

The telephone number on the contact us page is 0871 984 6000 (Calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines but will vary depending on your phone company or if using a mobile).
You may find a cheaper number on sayno 0870 website.

It is the same company as JD Williams etc.. you can use your account to buy from any of the companies under their umbrella.
