It does sound like an allergic reaction, I'm guessing they use different inks....best thing would be a cold compress if it itches and use Bepanthen or Savlon - I swear by both and I've 6 tattoos and nothing wrong - yet!** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Been to see my doctor today and she has prescribed antibiotics as it's an infection. I'm very upset about it as I've never had this problem with any of my tattoos. I just hope I don't loose the tattoo because of it.

My dad had quite a few tattoo's by our local tattooist and one of them after he had it done started tracking up his arm, i told him it didn't look right so my brother took him to a&e and he had had an allergic reaction to the ink. They gave him some cream and antib's. When he went to the tattooist to show him, he said that he had tried a new red ink, he promptly returned the ink to the manufacturer and couldn't apologise enough to my dad. I'd definately visit the dr's or walk in centre and have it checked it sounds like a reaction to me.0
