9 months 0% loans for any instrument

Options
The British Arts Council allows individuals to purchase any musical instrument valued between £100 & £2000 with an interest free loan payable over 9 months. The directive is designed to help anyone wishing to learn to play an instrument with financial costs. I have used this facility a couple of times myself. Most of the major musical instuments retailers such as Andertons use the scheme. Here's the Arts Council link.

Hope this is useful to somebody.

It's the Arts Council for England rather than the British Arts Council.

The scheme is not available in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland:mad:

Its a great promotion, did it myself.
They also have tied up with a charity call CLIC Sargent to offer Practice a Thon music with Take it Away and have 5 tracks available for download on Show Me How to Play (smhtp.com). The 5 tracks are on the right of the homepage and are a good starting point if you have only just bought an instrument.
