I don't know about that particular supplement you have been recommended - but if you have anyone in the states - or know anyone going over- you might be able to track it down on line over there (maybe Amazon.com) and get it shipped to their address, They can then post on or bring back for you.
I purchase Hyaluaronic acid ( for my runners knees) this way and it makes a HUGE saving over buying it in the UK.

I have used many different supplements over the years but this one is definitely one I would not be without - I find it really works.
