Have just come back froma top up shop and was nosing around as you do to see a lot of foods reduced in the freezers.
Birds eye pasta reduced from £2 to 50p a bag - http://www.birdseye.co.uk/fresh-frozen-food/by-category/pasta/ Link for picture reference only. All flavours available.
SFC burgers reduced to 37p from £1.4x
There were also some chicken drumsticks reduced from £2 to 50p a bag.

I think they are just changing around what they stock in the freezer. Ours had Mr Brain's faggots 2 in the pack for 25p, and Aunt Bessie's cheese and potato pie for 75p. That's all I remember, but there were other things.
I reckon what Sains has reduced will vary between stores, but if you're in there anyway have a look around in the freezer section for reductions!!
