any ony having probmen in online shoping through visa/mastercard secure

Hi,

Is anyone else having any problem, page goes blank after going through verification( mastercard-secure), i am shoping from tesco-groceries.

I called HSBC they told problem in Tesco website, called tesco and they told problem with your bank ?

I am confused .

Any idea guys ?

The last time this happened to OHs Mastercard was when we tried to buy a mobile phone online. Even though both O2 and Halifax said was each other it was actually the credit card company refusing the transaction on grounds it may have been a fraudulent purchase, the CC fraud dept phone the next day and apparently without us realising the card had been blocked until they asked him a few security questions. It was most annoying as I had already gone to town to make the purchase. Maybe something similar, is it your first Tesco shop maybe they are marking it as an unusual spending habit on your card if you know what I mean!

I've had same with Tesco site too, I waited a couple of hours and did it again and it worked fine. No idea what the problem is!

Still same issue, and yes i have done shoping from tesco many times before from same card.

Hopefully it will be resolve tommorrow.
