    Hi Kay

There is a link on this site somewhere for the bank charges template - I'm sure somebody will provide it.

Unfortunately, you are not able to claim charges back from creditors that are being paid through a DMP as you have breached the terms and conditions of the debt by making reduced payments. All CCCS clients would be millionaires if they could get the charges back!

You can still claim charges back from your current bank though, but hurry as they are getting wise to this!!! ;)

Don't rock the boat with creds on a DMP, at the end of the day they are doing you a favour and if you upset them they may start charging interest etc again or go for further action.

Only reclaim on CURRENT accounts that are not on your DMP :)
