What method of posting do Prudential use when sending out maturity cheques? Do they use ordinary mail, or special/recorded delivery? I ask because I will be away when it matures, and the Post Office only hold the mail for one week before returning it to the sender. It would be far easier by BACS but Prudential don't use this method of payment!

Perhaps you could ring them and ask them how they post them out? MF 2011 no.144 £800/£10,000 MF 2011 no.144 £800/£10,000

Yes, thanks, I was going to do that tomorrow anyway ,but I thought that if someone had had a maturity recently, he/she could have anwered the question.0
