NU Endowment claim, no mortgage

Hi
Having received my ‘red notification’ letter, I have applied to the NU for compensation. I now have their questionnaire to complete. I am claiming for mis-selling as I was advised the endowment would pay off my mortgage and give a lump sum.
I no longer have a mortgage against my endowment as I have sold the house. Do I still have a case for compensation?
Thanks
Keith

You can still complain but any redress that may become payable will be calculated to the point it was no longer used against the mortgage.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
