set up an IVA then borrow the money from mortgage lender and pay off IVA early

You would probably have to re mortgage to release equity with an IVA at some point anyway, if your thinking of re mortgaging then don’t bother with the IVA at all as that will cost you £7k +All comments and advice given is my own opinion and does not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation.
