Glad you got your pc back in order crin. Mine still down. Still on kids lappy but I can't do any of my course work on it. Tried contacting virgin again last night who said new modem wasn't activated but it still not coming on & they said to phone some number which cost £1 at a time! Or did he say a minute...:eek: anyway gonna have a look on techie forum see if they can help.

Gonna go to bingo with my sis tonight so fingers crossed for me!

Katie, sorry to hear you are feeling quite emotional about your relationship but this is normal, take it one step at a time and don't bottle things up, you will get there in the end. You are a strong person. Hope your meeting went well..

Aww dysfuctional computers drive me nuts ..I had loads of trouble with my old laptop and the screen went black just the day after I submitted my thesis....It is more frustrating when your courseware is there.

Mu son had a probelm when he switched modems with virgin - something about the ip address had corrupted might be a good idea to check the ip details and numbers on the other pcs/laptops to make sure it is still right. Virgin tried to tell my son it was a softeware problem with his pc but it's a new one with vista.

do you ever get a backlog of competitions to enter, you bookmark and leave them to enter when you have more time ? sometimes the list grows and you start to panic about end dates etc

sometimes ive got a backlog of thirty odd, mostly dailies and monthly competitions, or ones that take time to register etc, ive done them all, now ive nowt to do except cook tea

Hi all. Hope everyone has had a good weekend? I'm back to work tomorrow (boo! ). Have managed to get caught up on the comps and have done some minimal housework today so quite pleased :rotfl:

Well bingo never brought me any luck. But it got me an hour out the house.:D
Hoping for a lucky week this week. OH decided to pull out old kitchen without properly designing it, only the second hand kitchgen we bought is not gonna fit properly in ours. House is like a bombsite.

Aww Wingo, hope you get a lot of wins this week to cheer you up, better luck in the Bingo next time. At least you had a girly time out. I lost £20 in the roulette I won on 2 numbers but put the money back:eek: I think this is it for a while with betting for me, I better focus on free comps this week
