I guess its something to do with daughter & son but what does the extra d mean?

Evening all. I'm still on dd's lappy. My pc is having non of it. How can it be activatd to windows one day but not the next? Was ok till I tried activating new modem.
MD i've signed too.
Took kids to park & then to local museum. They seem a lot better now.
