:hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I am fine today,Had breakfast and I felt low and teary whilst eating breakfast as it is a week ago today I split up with my boyfriend and I felt very sad,I rang Mum and told her and she said to me it was good to cry as it lets out your emotions.I am out with friends for a meal today and then its on to the dogs at the Animals in Distress Centre to walk them for the charity for a bit and have a nice walk myself and get fit,I feel fit all the time and want to keep it up.

Morning all

It's freezing here today & I just can't seem to get warm. brrr

Had to get up around 3 hours earlier than normal to go meet my gs to give him his pe kit. As usual I forgot my phone and eldest gs caught me to say the other gs wasn't going to school today because of the bullies from the other school this morning - not found out details yet. I was not a happy bunny!

Am going to need a snooze today so wont be doing much as my brain is more sluggish than normal hey ho.
