Hope all is well...

I have two very difficult months ahead and I need a lot of energy, stong will and positivity to get through them and I have none...feeling back to sqaure one in many senses, it is so frustrating...

I've been watching secret millionaire. It was set in Redcar not far from us. They always seem to show the rundown areas of Teesside! I'm glad they gave money to Zoe's childrens hospice though, they really deserve it.

I think I have lost mine!! I am spending every single spare minute entering competitions, it's slowly killing me :rotfl: It's shocking how little time I have to do them, well maybe it's just that it's all interrupted time really, I am just getting overwhelmed. It wouldn't be so bad if I was winning stuff, but for the amount of time and effort I am putting in, I am winning very little!!
I am thinking more and more each day about giving up, comping fairy did a runner at the beginning of 2010 and she's not been back.
I know its bad to moan, but when you put so much into something (which I know you do even more than me) you feel so deflated when you get nothing back (or very little!).
Just hoping there's one big win out there for us all, comping fairy is saving something REALLY special for us!!
I have subscribed to 2476 comps since 1st Feb!! I have entered over 150 postals since then too and I do the regular boards every day. I have posted loads of comps too (for added Karma), no wonder I'm losing my mojo!!

wingo/sweetie, know how you feel as i feel like that most days:rotfl:love comping so much so i couldnt give it up but does get you down as i do so much entering and not getting much back, big wins for me were back in 2008 and early 2009, yeah had wins but nothing really big, just got to keep on trying though:D fingers crossed you both get a lovely win soon

I am guessing people have made a new year's resolution to start doing competitions therefore less chance of winning. Or we are just really unlucky, lol!!

My DS2 has just broken one of my picture frames that was on the fireplace, he then proceeded to tell me that it was DD1's fault, then he said it happened by trying to get into the play tent we have up in the living room. Both big fat fibs, he seen something on the fireplace he wanted to nose at (he's a fiddle fingers), he's only 4!!!! I was told that children don't understand lying until they're 7, there's a lie in itself :rotfl:
