Had a win! Just got messaged on facebook, that's the 2nd win on a Sunday, never expect them on Sunday's!! Only a small prize but so excited about it, just some headbands and clips for the girls

Can't believe I have another migraine coming on Just hoping these Migraleve kick in, it doesn't seemed to have developed yet anyway xx

Hi everyone

Well done on your sunday win sweetie! Hope the migraine eases, I get them on a reg basis & the Betanol tablets that dr gave me dont help. Ibruprofen does take the edge off it & helps me sleep thru them with a cold flannel over my eyes & lay in a dark quiet room.

Aw PPD, thats so sad about the child that passed away. My neice takes bad thru night often too and with havin severe epilepsy too, my bro & sil have to have a monitor in her room. Hope you manage to stay strong for your son. xx

I'm looking forward to kids being off from friday. Just hope we dont have snow as expected!

Ibuprofen definitely helped take the edge of it!! It's the only thing that's helped over the last few weeks.

My best friend had epilepsy, she passed away nearly 2 years ago now She was only 22. I miss her more than anything. Turned out she had an underlying heart condition (which is most likely she'd had since birth, just undiagnosed) and when she had a massive fit it strained her heart and it couldn't recover. Her heart stopped for nearly 40 minutes and she was on a life support machine for a few weeks, but we knew, having her heart stop that long was not good you know? That's where Lola got her middle name from (Lola Diane) after my friend Di xx

happy belated birthday from me too.

Ratgirl it really does depend where in the country you are.

I feel too new to hug anyone, but can I just say I read your stories and issues and dont' want it to go unremarked. Health issues are dreadful to deal with.


I haven't been in here for a few days - but had two wins last week, a book (Radio Head) and a DVD (Skins series 4). Both of which went down VERY well here.

I have stacks going on today - the last week before half term, they break up Thursday, so I need to get in front of myself. Of course, I've started by signing on and entering some competitions.
