Can people log in to Lightspeed Panel?

It's not letting me in with the email address and password I've always used. I clicked on the Forgot password link and entered my email address, it says:

"You have not completed panel registration. Check your email for a confirmation letter"

    was working fine for me yesterday - are you sure you're not trying to log in on the US instead of the UK site (I've had a similar problem before with my email/password not being recognised and it's turned out I'd gone to the wrong site via google)

    Can't recall my exact problem a few weeks ago, but I used the 'Lauren help me' linky and a few days later they did.

    As an aside I really like lightspeed, they ask ME my opinions....Valued Opinions only seem interested in my kids doing surveys....and I don't want that for them.
    Not just a sucker for sweeties..:o

    make sure ur using .co.uk not .com i made this mistake a while back
