    you helped me out a few day ago thanks

    got phone call today re cmc. mbna sold cc to 1st credit had to re ply to acknowledgment of service taking me to court cmc says agreement unenforceable what do you think?:D

    sorry mate - doesn't make much sense.....

    is cmc a claims mgt company, ie. korobo or some filth like that? Can you kinda elaborate - thanks...

    One off payment. Do you think i should stick with my full and final setlement offer then?

    Its this one off payment or nothing for them. Maybe i should just wait until they sell it on.

    its not korobo but before i found this site when to a cmc 8 cc s all unenforceable they have done nothing that we could not do

    Its up to you what you do, but for me i'd be waiting til they sell it then offer around 15%, to start, working up to 25% maximum - but only a DCA will consider such deals - not the lender..... ;);)

    who told you that then? or have you seen for yourself and checked them yourself?

    CMC's are the ones that say "all agreements before april 07 are unenforceable" - still happy to believe everything they tell you mate? ;);)
