you helped me out a few day ago thanks
got phone call today re cmc. mbna sold cc to 1st credit had to re ply to acknowledgment of service taking me to court cmc says agreement unenforceable what do you think?:D0 -

sorry mate - doesn't make much sense.....

Its up to you what you do, but for me i'd be waiting til they sell it then offer around 15%, to start, working up to 25% maximum - but only a DCA will consider such deals - not the lender.....;)

CMC's are the ones that say "all agreements before april 07 are unenforceable" - still happy to believe everything they tell you mate?;)
