thanks n-i-d
we were blagging this you know, as you said it was enforcable but worth a try
and i am still unsure what we are blagging if you get what i mean. although i have not even recieved a phone call from halifax for at least a month. sorry to ask but what are you looking for, or what has this not got to make you think its not enforcable, as i was expecting you to say time to pay up ( really made up you didn't)
thanks n-i-d sorry to be a painalways smile no matter how broken you are.0 -

Not a bank employee, just a struggling civil servant! Will fire off the letters over the weekend, recorded, digitally signed, with my £1, and await the outcome. But thanks for the support, you guys x0 -

Hiya
Basically the terms are not linked to the application, that in itself does not make it unenforceable but we'll push as far as we can with it - don't worry, if things get silly i'll advise accordingly.....

Good afternoon Niddy n ganag, hope everyone is well
Apex have now taken over the BOS Pref Acc and have sent various nice (ha ha) letters.
Informed them that it is in dispute and they sent back a letter stating 'we do not have this information you have to contact BOS directly' - still wondering what they were on about and if they had even looked at my letter.
Got another letter today, we have 72 hours to pay or all untold nasty things will happen  Changed days, before we found this thread would have been in a real state about this (thanks Niddy).
Do I send them Refusal by Lender/DCA to accept Unenforceability?
Many thanks Niddy:idea: Had lbm, switched it off too many times. Now am trying to sort my life out :T:T
