Okies, well if you have a scanner I would scan the CCA and have it ready..for Nid to check it over..

No need, I don't check every agreement Jen, only select few that suit me - the OP needs to send this: CCA Query :D:D

Basically if I offer to check each and every agreement then i'd be best quitting my paid job, so I only ask to see weird case ones, not basic straight forward ones that we know are at fault.... cheers

Good morning Niddy n gang, hope you are all well today.

Niddy I answered your email, thanks for checking it out so quickly. Something else was bothering me about this one last night so I checked it out today and I will email.

Have a great day everyone :D

    Hiya

Ok, thanks for emails - they both make sense, so what you should be doing now is sending this: CCA Dispute - Forged Document Supplied

Editied to suit, i.e. you add your own bullet points in the top - before you send it, send me a PM on here with what you put in the bullet points, if its not right or too much info i'll amend and send back to you - then drop it into the template above.

Best of luck and well spotted..... :D:D

p.s yea please send me an image with both CCA's and entitle them CCA1 and CCA2 so they are prominent (cca1 is the original and cca2 will be the latest version they sent)......

    Thanks :o

    Thanks Niddy, email sent.

    Hiya

This is from PM - OP sent me agreements to look at, they are enforceable other than the fact they have "Approved Limit".

As such, the OP needs to now post over here and read the thread as per page 1, also going to Consumer Action to see the updates on there cos i'm not dealing with the Egg case: Egg Card - CCA Flawed?

But in the meantime, send this: CCA Query

Its all in page 1 and in the templates!

Send CCA request - they have 12+2 days
    reminder can then be sent
send the query 30 days after reminder was sent

FINAL RESPONSE IS NOT TO BE SENT UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD A FINAL RESPONSE FROM THE LENDER! :p

    Thanks for this NID:T:T
    Just checking!:D

Ooh my postman has been busy. Got a recorded letter from Capquest, saying they didn't know the account was in dispute when it was sold to them and they have also requested copies of the agreement from Cap One. ... Not sure what that's all about.

They are the debt owners so need to be happy that Cap1 didn't sell them an UE debt - but we'll see what happens, worry not.

Got a reply from Barclaycard re. telephone harrassment, saying they don't agree it was harrassment but later int he letter says "i can confirm we have now deleted all telephone numbers we hold for you".

Glad someone listens to our templates :D

And Shop Direct, sent me a letter saying they can't locate the agreement (have already told me this though?!) I'll sit and read them properly shortly to make sure i haven't missed anything..

So then its unenforceable - well done you :T

Bit of a pointless update from me but it keeps me right :p

No update is a pointless update Beanie, you know we like to have people come in and give us updates - keeps things fresh in our minds :D:D
