    Hi all, (NID)

A merry Sunshine day, been out sunbathing, as no mail arrived, seems to have gone all quiet on the western front....

All my (unpresidentated credit cards were taken out before the April CCA Unenforceablility Act Apr 2007..... where in 2007 i consoldilate all debts and went through a DMP (Debt Management Plan), as my current position since Feb 2010 i have been temporary redundant from my employer i have had to cease my payments to the DMP. can i see still follow the simple rules of engaging Unenforceability? even though i had, had been making payments through the DMP?

    thanks

Have a great afternoon tea in the sunshine all, unless up in Scotland enjoy your ski-ing as there is still snow up there....

    There is no unenforceability act!!

basically from April 2007 s.127 was repealed which means we cannot use it to fight for unenforceability! Basically you send off the CCA Request as per page 1 and then follow the advice and flowcharts there! :D

You cannot go back to the same DMP once you cease repayments, so if you do this then you need to do it with them all really (i.e. all your creditors) - you will be defaulted, if not already. :o

  • No need - send this: CCA Query

Thanks NIDS, sorry to be a PITA but reading the link it says "You can if you prefer (especially if they send you an application form) miss this and go straight to step 4 and send the Dispute/S.10 letter...." Is the dispute letter what you want me to send because they sent the application form with the recon T&C's ?

    Yes, just sit tight.

    Will do :D

    Send this: CCA Reminder

Will do :D, do I change the wording to "I've already sent you the £1.00 statutory fee" ?

    Thx again :T

As you can see i've got too many things going on at once so do need you to summarise and spell stuff out to me at times lol.... I obviously don't remember each persons situation.

But yea, if you want to send the s.10 then go for it :D
