Now removed lol. But I'd have had a laugh if any identity thieves tried using my details, they'd get !!!!!! all :rotfl:

I will send the letters off to the CRAs and the DCAs first thing on Weds cos I don't have a printer at home.

    Thanks NID

    Sam

PS will the CCJ go off my file 6 years after I paid it or 6 years after the court issued it? Not that I'm that bothered, as I said I don't want any credit, but I'm just interested in how it works.

It is 6 years from date of judgement. regardless if paid or not. :D

Remove the leicester and the code linked to it - it can be used to identify you! :rotfl:

This is how you should say it: MRS SAMHUZZ - CITY NAME - xxxxxxxx 29/06/06 £261 Judgment Satisfied (15/05/07)

As per my email reply, send this: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received :D

    Thanks for that Niddy

Sorry but I should have double checked my dates and letters before leaving a message for you, I forget sometimes that you have so many of us mythering you all the time and we are all extremely grateful.

I sent this template letter to Egg on 5th May, then I received notification from Aktiv that they had bought the account from Egg. I then sent letters on 13th May to Aktiv and copied it to Egg about the account being sold whilst in dispute and this was the reply I have had from Egg.

Token payment has ceased and default no longer showing on my credit report it's that old.

Do I still want to send this letter to Egg again or just ignore it.

One last question and that's it, I promise (until I get the CCAs back at least :D).

I don't know any of my account nos, can I leave that out of the letters to the DCAs?

Nope, you need them to be identified. However, usually it is the reference by the SO/DD payments, worry not just don't send the CCA's just yet, wait til you get the credit report as this has an abbreviated account number that you can then ring and get the full version from the CRA, only once you get the original report.

Failing that, ring the 3 DCA's and ask for the account number, it will be used on any letters they sent you - you must have something? :rotfl:

You're not like me are you and file everything in the BIN! :rotfl:

I'm afraid I had a bit of a "denial phase" a few years back and didn't open letters or chucked them all so I don't have any paperwork whatsoever for the loans/cc. Since then I have only dealt with them by phone, so they've never sent me anything!

Hah - you make me laugh! Really.....

Ok, well make one last call to them and get the account numbers, do not say why - just say "for my records"..... then when you have those, send the CCA Requests off. :D
