HELP - Im shaking, have just been contacted AT WORK by MBNA, am still awaiting 1 CCA off them and have sent the CCA query letter for another and have been ignoring all call to mobile and home - but to get a call at work !!!!!! Im furious, what do I do now ??????????

these companies are all linked and by linked i mean that nobby sits at 1 table as lowells , behind him sits nobby who is lowell portfolio behind him sits nobby who is red debt and behind him you guessed it sits nobby who is hamptons , all of them couldnt string a sentance together , they are the dullest lowest form of pondlife you will ever come across .
The last time I looked the only people who can arrest you were the police and there too busy catching speeding motorists .

Hi nids thought i would post this off a website i found It made me laugh out loud its about dca that is chasing me for £413 if i am not supposed to do this i will remove it tho. i got a letter today from Hamtons legal (not a solicitor)threatening me with having my house sold to public flogging (just about) these are the scoundrels that have rang me at work a couple of times. i realise it is for a small amount but they are really making my wee boil with their bully tactics:mad:
. I could contact the orginal debtor to pay a token payment but it wouldnt be much as on a very small income i could scan the letter for you but i reconned you would have seen plenty from this outfit as a standard letter.

thats awful and illegal! nid will help i had the same from a debtor my boss guessed depite my poor excuse that it was a morgage company you must be blazing and embarrased but they are breaking the law Nid will come along soon try not to worry. please excuse my typing as i have hurt my hand see my post above to make you smile a bit muppets!

Thank you Jinny - yes I am blazing !!!!! I wasnt sure if they were allowed to do it , when I asked where they had got the number she said I have done a search on you ??? Where on earth would they find out where I work from, thanks for the reply and your post did make me smile

thats the spirit they work on intimidation tactics wot an awful job to do i would be ashamed to be related to any one of those muppets but they are pondlife so have no rellies probs ooh me hand anyway take care you are not the one breaking the law

my sons gf's grandad is a retired insurance man you know the old fashioned type that knocked every friday at your mams for a one shilling funeral policy. Sh e told him about me well not all of it and he recons that often original debt has already been underwritten by the original debors insurance company so they have had their money anyway. so really its the insurance company we owe or just before they go bust as they often do in this climate they sell off the debts to these dca before liquidation , thats all a bit heavy i know and we should not get into that but makes you wonder
