Also sent you an email a few days ago about a LLoyds online loan agreement not sure if you have had time to look at it yet, thanks again

    Hiya

I got the email but it is way too small and when I try and enlarge - everything goes blurry! Like when Niddy is wasted :o:o

Sooo, going on what I can see, there are no signatures from either of you or the lender - were these blocked out by you or are they missing? Was it an online account, i.e. tick-in-the-box, maybe?

Without close up copies i'm afraid I can't really help much as they are way way too small..... :(

Morning Niddy, thanks for reply. He tried to scan them before he went away. I will try again and see how they come out.

Love the new templates. You work way too hard, but we appreciate it. Thanks again Mrs SNS

    Hiya

Link to letter is here: #1047

Ok, that letter was to get them to respond without a signature. Regards to why I am saying what they did eventually send, is unenforceable - can you see any signatures? Can you see your name and address? Can you see your credit limit? There are no default fees on the document or anything - it's literally some terms that they can add your name and address to - that is no proof that you've ever seen/read/touched them!!

Don't worry, you do not ever have to explain why you think it is UE - it is for them, the lender to prove to you that it is enforceable (which it isn't, so they can't) and you want a signed copy so you now respond with this: CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Supplied

Total confusion - until I recheckd post and realised that I had only posted one page and not the album (sadly two pages!) Please take another look here: http://s800.photobucket.com/albums/yy290/mateusrojo/MandS/

Many thanks - and I hope it is still unenforceable - but the extra page contains some of the things you have refered to ?

Also had made a further post #2885 with the link to the sainsburys letter which you had asked to see - if you could also look at this I would be grateful (how, btw, do you post a link so that it is "active"

To assist the letter is here: http://s800.photobucket.com/albums/yy290/mateusrojo/Sainsbury/

Thanks again Nid for your help - other letters sent as advised.

    Morning,

Hope NID can assist me with this one.

I have a default on my credit file from 3G and got letters from Lowells chasing a balance of £280 from 2005.

I wrote and asked for a copy statement evidence the account was mine as I am unsure it is.

Also requested a copy of the default as never received one and only knew anything about it when i got my credit file.

Now every couple of weeks I am getting a letter from Lowells advising they are trying to obtain copies of the paperwork and that my account is on hold and they will get back to me.

Is there anything i can do other than wait? I must of had 5 or 6 letters now telling me the same thing that they are trying to obtain the copies.

I just want them off my credit file

    hope you can help.
