    Evening Nid.
Just a quickie, firstly would you take a peep at this?, i'm trying to reclaim some charges for my dad and this came in the SAR. He's not looking to dispute at present but its always nice to know as his job is not too secure at present. I think the charges will be as much as the balance anyway.

The other thing I wanted to ask. As Capital 1 have still not responded to my request to see the reverse of the signature page, have defaulted me(with a duff DN) and are probably about to terminate my account, do I have anything to lose by doing an SAR? I just figure this way I get to see for sure what the other side of the signature contained. I really think they have something to hide.

Thanks once again and hope your not too hungover(I am damn)

Your links are unenforceble mate.... as for SAR's - why bother? Let it go, forget them and move on. Your dad could do one, but you can only claim 6 years remember.............. :o

    Main advice, stop worrying. :D

Thanks never-in doubt, as you advised in #1136,

I will get my figures together, get ready for the long haul, cease payments and start to request CCA's and will be in touch for advice.

    Hi Never

Sorry to ask this as I am sure that it has been asked before and as I have not had the time, I have not been on here for a while or done a search. I still have arguements with my creditors and both Crap One and MBNA have quoted the Mcguffick court case in response to my CCA requests.
In essence what does this mean and where do I go from here? I will scan the letters and post them, but help please.

    Thanks
    Putty

Cheers, i'll tell him. Tbh theres a matter of hundreds of pounds rather than thousands and his credit historys pretty good so I dont think he'll go that route, just nice to know if he finds himself out of work.

As for mine i'll try and forget about it.
