    thank you:beer:
  • Mate I made this crystal clear in my last reply and will do so again - it is not relevant and most certainly not relevant here !

Speaking to the PM will get you no further and I suspect you have still not read my posts or you'd not have asked me these questions or wasted time ringing the CRA's - right? Please read the two pages where I explained in great detail the process and likely outcome. This is not the place for this discussion.

Can you please stop worrying, you'll not feel the benefit of this for many many moons to come - just let what happens; happen, then i'll advise when I know the same as everyone else.

It is being opposed by the steering group, as I said. Nothing is set in stone, as I said. It is an EU thing, nothing is definitive, as I said...

Sorry but I made the original post over on sub prime soooo easy, these questions are not relevant - ive answered all I can mate - nothing else to learn, nothing else to say!

Please stop confusing this thread with it - you're trying to get answers for unanswerable questions... ;);)

OK thanks, I am getting to worried about all this, I'll take a happy pill & calm down:cool:

That's a good idea mate - stop worrying, wait and see cos the plan isn't set in stone yet - although you'll worry over nothing if you don't stop thinking about it.....

Wait until the summer, when we know anything it should directly affect unenforceability meaning there will be plenty of data about it, at the time, especially on this thread :D:D

    Cheers

    Eh?

sorry, let me get this right...... do you still have a balance after all this time?

in answer to your question - ONE debt = ONE default.

No exceptions. However they can apply for a CCJ.... why claim UE on a debt that is so old? ;) Me no understand........... :o:o
    Hi Nid,

The debt has been part of a DMP for 7 years now paying peanuts per month off a £2.8K balance. Can they apply for a CCJ if the debt is UE?

I have 2 other creditors that have been sent the same CCA request letter.

    Thanks

had a letter back from moorcroft saying they are putting the account on hold until advised otherwise and will not seek to enforce payment.
also the letters says quote: in the meantime, however, we believe that it may be of assistance to all parties if we take this opportunity to ensure that any potential areas of dispute are addressed prior to any possible court action or further investigation. to this end can you provide an indication of the information you will be relying upon, when giving evidence to the court or imformation to the relevant statutory authorities in relation to the alleged subject matter of this account.
please could you provide this information by return as this will ensure that all possible areas of dispute are identified as quickly as possible thereby minimizing potential costs and delays. (i thought the letter you wrote covered my dispute?) anyway i got home from work to a phone call from moorcroft offering me a reduced rate they would knock the debt down to £1700.00 if i took the offer there and then i told him it was not the case of how much they would knock off but how under handed argos have been he put me in hold and i put the phone down the letter today did state they would not persue me so why are they phoning and what should i say if they phone back :o thanks again in advance i feel like a big can of worms has been opened not sure what to do
I had the same letter too!!:D

Everyday I come home from work I'm hoping for some letters from my creditors and everyday there isn't any! I just can't believe that so many of them don't even bother replying, it's as if they are hoping that by ignoring you you will just carry on paying and forget about it.:rotfl:

Letters sent off to Capital One and Barclays today with payment stopped on both, time to put up or shut up.
