Baby Shower Ideas

Hiya
I'm having a baby shower in a couple of weeks, which two of my friends have kindly organised for me. I think I've got about 25 people coming
We've asked all the guests to bring a plate of shareable food so I don't have to worry about a buffet or anything, and I think the girls have pretty much got decorations and games sorted
I would like to do favours for all my guests as a thank you for coming, but don't want to break the bank! Does anyone have any ideas as to something I can make / buy for every one?
Also, I'd like to be able to get some silly prizes for the games - can any body recommend anything?
Normally I'm brilliant at coming up with things myself, but I seem to have pregnancy brain and can't think of anything!
Would appreciate any advice!
Thanks

I recently made some very simple beaded key chains for favors at a baby shower. I used 2 head pins and then put the beads on. Mine were similar to these.. http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://fineartamerica.com/images-medium/glass-bead-key-chain-kc-301-betty-billups.jpg&imgrefurl=http://fineartamerica.com/featured/glass-bead-key-chain-kc-301-betty-billups.html&usg=__JguM8La3bF05_hIiP20K9NpzUvc=&h=700&w=324&sz=48&hl=en&start=5&itbs=1&tbnid=jXLFYtOjnmgE2M:&tbnh=140&tbnw=65&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsimple%2Bbead%2Bkey%2Bchain%26hl%3Den%26gbv%3D2%26tbs%3Disch:1 but not as many focal beads. They were really easy and quick to make.

A simple favor is to print out a bag topper on card "She's ready to POP" then I put popcorn kernels, need popping, in a cellophane bag and stapled the bag topper over the top. Similar idea to this http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://creativepartyplace.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/about-to-pop-invitation-1024x791.gif&imgrefurl=http://eightcrazy.blogspot.com/&usg=__RD6C6RHL8fyrrTAZppkVjusUfs8=&h=791&w=1024&sz=118&hl=en&start=15&itbs=1&tbnid=Vyt4IdBQIbzf5M:&tbnh=116&tbnw=150&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dready%2Bto%2Bpop%2Bbag%2Btopper%2Bbaby%2Bshower%26hl%3Den%26gbv%3D2%26tbs%3Disch:1Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0 -
oh wow, thats a fantastic idea!! Thank you!
Would people know how to cook the kernels in a not instructive bag - or is the idea not for them to cook them?! lol0 -
You could print the instructions on the reverse of the bag topperNothing Changes if Nothing Changes0
