    I just rang to chase an item that had not been delivered,and asked about the vera wang cream,the lady was so rude from start to finish an said would you like to take it further i can give you the email address!!!i have enough dramas in my life so i said dont worry and hung up!petty cow!!! 1 ITEM NO. AND 1 PRICE FOR 4 ITEMS DONT ADD UP!!!SHE'S ONLY THE PROFESIONAL!!!!WHAT DO I KNOW???

    Oh dear, I'm so sorry hunny, so much for being a customer service representative because she sounds like she represents bad customer service completely! It must be a bad day there, I called about an order which has just come up cancelled and I am shocked at how rude they were, maybe it was the same woman?

    If I remember correctly, ironically it is the same product number and they would have to search to find it but it shouldn't take long maybe a few minutes, pah... what do we know eh?

    I called to do a return too, their Interlink driver never turned up. Goodness knows how I'm going to get a refund now :/

    oh oos now, I never read the whole thread!! I see the initial offer and link straight through! Which can at times be quite costly!!
