single or joint DMP?

Hi DFW's
My OH and I are thinking of getting out a DMP with Payplan in April, After bubs is born & things are more settled. I currently have 1 debt with HSBC (unauthorised OD - all bank charges!) of £383.15
OH has all of our debt in his name, I am looking at "attempting" to claim back my bank charges with HSBC, and will continue to make token payments into the account as and when I can. Is it worth us putting that debt down on a DMP and making it joint or OH just doing the debts that are in his name?
If I get the charges back, I wont be overdrawn and then will have no debts (in my name) so I am not sure what is the best way forward?
We have no joint finances, I will post a SOA when all the tax creds are sorted as ive just started on MA so its all abit of a mess!

If the HSBC bank account is not joint, and is just in your name. I would not include it, however do talk to your DMP provider about it.
Note PayPlan do run the DMP for free but may try and sell other services. As such National Debtline and CCCS seem to be recommend more as a DMP provider.
If your in hardship you maybe able to claim the charges back, if not then the Nov09 High court ruling will pretty much make it impossible to claim them back.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
