Help is there any 10% BTL mortgages about?

Hi, i have a 10% deposit to put down on a buy to let mortgage but i am having trouble finding one. I am getting the property at a good price and have already done my calculations, i can definatly afford it with or without a tennant in the property i also have enough cash left spare in case of emergencies! I just cannot find a 10% BTL mortgage, has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have suggestions of any companies that may do one?
