Anybody can phone up the jobcentre and report something - they should at least call him in and ask him whether he gets the money and then ask for evidence of what he says.0

What about if he denies it? what next?
I dout the social will phone me and say no you arent giving him any money.
According to the CSA website if the resident parent doesnt want the child maintenance money paid into their benefit bank account ... CSA will pay it into another bank account for them. So basically he can say he only has one bank account to them.0 -
if it is going into his account they can check.0
