    The thing to understand is that not everyone buys, therefore currently the top 70% of earners (because 70% of the property is owner occupied) need to be averaged

    Why - I'm in there and am out of UK property.
    Just because I have money doesn't mean I'll be a fool with it, quite the opposite as I started with nothing and have no intention of going back there

    I like Dev :) Think cos I was referring to Grand Designs the other day & lazily wrote GD, so you need a new reference :D
