Save on Takeaway coffee

Hi everyone,
I've been reading these boards for a while and picked up quite a lot of savings and I've always wanted to contribute something back. This is my first attempt and a very simple one but I noticed something a few weeks back.
I used to get a takeaway cappuccino every morning from starbucks in Kings Cross, London for about £2.20. I'd tried cheaper cafes before but I always found their coffees bitter so I've stuck with starbucks. However, I tried a new cafe recently called Oz Cafe and I found it to be better than Starbucks and they only charged £1.10.
I didn't think this was worth posting until I calculated how much I would save over the period of a year and it's over £200! I'll be putting that towards Christmas presents.
The thought of paying over £2 for a coffee now seems crazy to me. Does anyong else know of any places where we can get a decent coffee for around £1?

J D Wetherspoon pub chain - small lavazza coffee (espresso, cappuccino, or latte) for 69p - prices might vary slightly in different areas. Not takeaway though as far as I know.nyarlathotep0
