SMITHY SHARES: a share does not represent a financial, legal or beneficial interest, security; debenture or other proprietary or contractual interest in Smithy the Horse and/or John Smith’s Racing Ltd and cannot be sold, transferred or used as a security. A share allows the holder to participate in making decisions in relation to Smithy the Horse all of which will be made at the discretion of John Smith’s Racing Ltd.
