HI all, if you are taken to court over unpaid debt and the creditor obtains a CCJ will the judge contact my partners employer for any reason?
The reason i ask is that i was under the impression that the judge will want to look at income & expenditure & my partners boss is very very funny about debt & it would be horrible for my partner.
Bit of background me & my partner are in a dmp with payplan, my partner works & i am a SAHM
thanks Tash
