selling northern irish number plates

hi guys i was just wondering if anyone can point me in there right direction to sell my number plates ...

i was at the dvla the other day the person behind the counter said that if i was to sell them i could get THOUSANDS his words not mine hence the caps i was aware of this for sometime but i dont know where i will be able to sell them looked on ebay and other sites but dont match the value

Northern Irish plates on the whole tend to sell for very little. Unless yours make a name or the like, I would be surprised if you'd get more than a couple of hundred quid.
