It's a scam, it's just a single page made up to like it's part of a whole site to give credibility to the scam.

Try getting to any other page on that site.

Notice how the links at the top all look like internal menu links, but all lead to the same scam page.

Here's another one, same thing different name and photo to protect the guilty

notice that the "comments" at the bottom from supposedly delighted customers, are identical (word-for-word) to the site you posted, except that:

Julie has become Adam,
Jenny has become Kevin,
Sarah has become Jack

and so on...! :rotfl:
