i bought a charger unit from 7dayshop last week.
on item description it states:
Try this product for 30 days and if you are not 101% delighted with your purchase then please return to us for a full refund of the purchase price paid. All we ask is that you return to us in the good condition and within the original packaging please.
I dont like the unit i bought and wish to return and get a refund and order a different one. however customer services sent me a reply message saying items can only be returned within 7days and if unused.
I have used item once to try and it did not like it.
Any one had experience of returning things to them? do they give refunds promptly?

Not had this experiance, have you tried contacting them again expailing your situation?
This is what 7dayshop say:
Provided the item is in absolutely original condition (unused and unopened, opened items will be returned to you and not refunded or exchanged), and you are sending the item back within 7 days of receipt, you may return the unwanted item to us at:

i have emailed them twice stating item has a description with 30day return even if used (i only bought it last week) but they keep replying with the same standard reply!0

I gave up on 7dayshop
Bough a charger from them in September along with a battery. Charger came but its a LiOn charger, the battery was on back order. Kept checking online to see when its coming. Eventually 2 weeks ago it said on we site that its not coming back in so left with a charger that is useless to me
There CS is a joke rarely get a reply, when it is is doesnt answer my question
Last year I ordered some batteries when they came twice and charged me twice couldn't be bothered to send them back due to postage
Been a customer since 2000 and wont use them anymore0 -
I contacted 7dayshop an your behalf, hope you don't mind, to see what their reply would be.

They replied at about 2pm:
yes I have said you can do this, so please send it back as soon as possible.
What I’ve posted above in italics in post #2 is their first reply to me.

Unlike savemoney I have found their CS very prompt, but can't comment on their returns as I haven't had the need to send anything back.0 -
yeah i asked them, eventuyally got a reply that sounded right. I noticed CS replied to emails within the hour. will post item back if its reasonable cost.
