It says on my Prescription that it is valid for up to two years so to keep the form safe until needed,so it looks like you can keep it until any offers come up either at Tesco's or other opticians.Hope this helps...:)

Hooray! Went for my free eyetest yesterday at Surrey Quays and got a copy of my perscription (no obligation).

I am very grateful to this thread for reminding me i need a check up as during the "health check" the optician found some "pigment" (she said it is old scar tissue) at the back of my eye that she also gave me a refferal letter for my doctor so he can have a look at it. Very good service esp. for free and a great reminder that even if your vision is perfect your eyes should be checked (preferably using deals like these) every two years or so :-)
