Hi
At the moment I try to do just one wash a week at 30 degrees, but someone told me this uses more water and energy as the total time for the wash is longer.
Could anyone help me out with a table/figures?
Thanks
Cat

Try searching for the brand here then searching for your model (this should tell you water consumption at least):

Switch everything off, check the electricity meter reading, do the wash and when it is finished check the meter reading again. Mine doesn't even tip 1 kWh on 30 C easycare when it is in a good mood so 10 p or 12 p max.
Switch the fridge / freezer and phone back on. (I probably wouldn't bother switching the fridge / freezer and phone off if they are pretty new.)0 -
Hi Kitty, I wash most days as there are 4 adults here. I wash often at 40 C but hav also washed at 30C. The Bosch machine has a setting for easy care and I alway use that. 60C is also good as that temp kills the dust mites. I guess I change the dial at whim. Low settings still get the clothes clean but some cleaning powders are better than others. I use Ariel gel.If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
Spring begins on 21st March.0
