If it doesn't have to be widescreen, Argos have a 20in Beko LCD TV with PC input and the relevant connecting lead for £349.99 at the moment.
I have had one of these for six months and am very happy with it, even at the original price of £500 from Currys. There are two scart inputs, an S-video input and the usual AV connections. The TV is stereo (although the built-in speakers aren't up to much, I'll admit) and has Fastext.
