Returned CCA Advice

I've got a CCA back after requesting it from Robinson Way. Currently owe them £3,800 from an old Cahoot account. I have been paying it through Payplan for about 7 years but thought I'd have nothing to lose by requesting the CCA and that it might put me in a strnger position to make full and final settlements.
It's got my signature on and dated 22/1/01. It's 2 pages long and says credit agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974 at the top. Is there anything I should be looking for? It's for a Cahoot credit card.
The enclosed letter says they need to hear from me for my proposal for settlement which is long overdue within 10 days.
Thanks for any help

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
