where to buy new underwear?

It struck me on the weekend that a lot of my underwear has seen better days and I plan on replacing it over the next few weeks (I have pairs of knickers that are getting on for 10 years old :eek:)
at the mo my bras are mostly tshirt bras from primark and womens boxer style briefs (mostly from M&S although asda do some great character pants
)
now that i am earning better money than i had in my student days i want better quality than i'm getting from primark, but equally i cant justify £20 a pop for my boulder holders :rotfl:
so where do you get your undies from? where do you recommend?
PS no problems with Jordan sized knockers here, i'm a run of the mill size!

I'm haing to replace my underwear regularly at the moment as I'm in the middle of considerable weight loss. I obviously don't want to spend lots of money on items that I'm not likely to get more than a few months wear out of. I've picked up some great bits from Asda and Tesco. The big Tesco Extra store near me has got an extensive range of undies, including a 'boutique' range (I think that's what it's called) and some of the items are really pretty. They seem to turnover the range fairly frequently too and I've got several bras for half price (£4 usually)...and I'm not a run of the mill size (yet! maybe one day...). They seem to be washing and wearing well too, for the price.
M&S sales can be good too...but you need to get in early to get the best choice of sizes.0 -
The stuff from Tesco is hit and miss I find, some lasts a whil, others a few washes before the elastic simply does not work! (either that or I am getting very much smaller without losing an ounce of weight!)
M&S are always good IMO and last a long while.
Topshop (in the sale) are not too bad but do go gery pretty quickly, but they look cute, Primark are well priced, not tried all of them but the seamless stuff is good- it does stain very easily though and not wash out which is odd as cotton does (I spilled wine on my clothes which is not the first time! It washed right out of my cotton undies but not the seamless stuff). I think the seamless stuff is the same as the Tesco versions.
And if you do have the money, hit the proper underware sections in Debenhams, House of Fraise Selfridges and John Lewis (and anywhere else you can think of) as those do last a while and look very pretty. I have an underware set from Elle McPherson which is fantastic quality and has lasted well over 2 years now.0 -
Went into peacocks yesterday, and got some lovely underwear, the nice stuff, not the work stuff :rotfl:Was very reasonably priced, a wee bit dearer that primark but not as dear as some of the others. Gave the oomph factor too, and comes in womanly sizes

I tend to spend more on everyday (and sports) underwear as these need to last and I wear them all day. Then I go to Primark for my pretty lacy smalls which will only stay on for 10 minutes lol!!! They don't need to be durable and they last really well if this is all they're intended for. :rotfl:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Marks & Spencer. The quality always represents fantastic value for money.
Only ever wash undies by hand though, so they last for ever. The WM really ruins undies, which are quite delicate fabrics, in a very short space of time.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
