Hi guys, can you help me find a pair of yellow shoes for my bridesmaid? My theme colours are yellow and grey, and her dress is grey. This is my (fairly rubbish) mood board, the dress is on it.

Unforunately there are restrictions. No more than £50 (preferably less!) size 7, not too high, but not flat and not plastic! I don't want them to look cheap really. They need to fit in with everything else. Ideally they'd be a yellow version of my grey ones. I'm quite happy to make more felt and button flowers to put on them.

Hi littleoldme me and my BMs have been looking for cheaper Dessy dresses and the cheapest option seems to be to buy from an american site, who i think sell legit Dessy dresses, some of them seem cheaper, but you have to take into consideration and customs fee when they are imported. I think they still get them made in China though. There are also plenty of chinese sites that you can get them made at, but obviously there is no guarantee of the quality or the fact that it will even look like the dress you ordered.

We have given up on them as now we don't have long enough until the wedding to order them from America without having to pay a rush fee (we were going to get them sent to Australia to avoid tax as my sis is coming over from them for the wedding).

There seem to be some places to get cheaper Dessy dresses, but as we have discovered, they may not work out as cheap as they initally look. You should do a google search for the style and check out the sites that come up and see if you want to risk it or if they are much cheaper. I have not used any of the sites so cannot advise.

Just thought I would share my experience of trying to track down cheaper Dessy dresses.
