Hi everyone! First post here, but friends have told me you're the guys to help me out. It's my GF's 40th Birthday soon and I'm thinking of getting her 40 gifts:eek: As you can imagine I'm finding it quite a task to think of that many, so any suggestions are more than welcome:beer:

What sort of things does she like? Music? DVD? Perfume?
What about jewellery?
I believe the perfume shop does a thing where you can get a box with 5 or 10 samples of perfumes in you get a voucher in there too so you can get a full size bottle.
You have actually given me an idea to do this for my hubby's 30th birthday :T0 -
She likes the usual things: Chocs, perfume,Cd's, DVDs' spa treats, but I've bought her things like that before. I'll be getting her those, so that will account for 8 or 9 prezzies, plus I've got her big prezzie sorted out;) I'm just looking for other ideas before I resort to opening a box of Dairy Milk and wrapping them individually:p
Thanks for the perfume shop idea - I could wrap them seperately too!!0 -

How about making the other 30 gifts up with an IOU's / vouvher booklet!
ie IOU i shopping trip,
IOU 1 cinema night - (her chioce of film)
IOU dinner cooked by you (including the washing up/clearing up etc) haha
IOU 1 massage/ pamper evening
IOU 1 household chore of her choice
or this voucher entitles (name) to 1 papmer session to be done by (you),
voucher for emptying bins / put the rubbish out (1 day or 1 weeks worth- depending on how brave you are lol)
Obviously change suggestions to whatever would be relevent to you and your girlfriend.
Sometimes it's the silliest things that count
HTH
Squibbs
(can be very money saving if you put your mind to it)

another idea, how about 40 little notes (or how ever many 'pressies' you have left on the list) about things you like/love about her, left/hidden in different places.
(thinking something like hiding one in the tea/coffee/sugar pots, one in her shoes or slippers) so it could end up a 'treasure hunt'.My beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0 -
