Here is a hack to make it multi-regional!

    1: remove any dvd
    2: close dvd door
3: with the remote control, select "setup"
    4: with the remote control, press " previous /next /previous /next /previous"
5: the region will display on the lcd screen.
    6: Region options are 1 - 6 and 255. Select 255 for multi region/all regions

Just a quick question - if you can set something up for all regions, why would you want to set up an individual region ?

    Thanks

You probably wouldn't, but the manufacturer would. That is how they set it as region 2 initially.

comes with jack to scart lead for use on a TV ( would have preferred phono AV lead but you can't have everything!)

think I purchased this one from QVC 2 yrs ago at £200, but sent it back
