Try clearing your cookies and logging in again...
It definitely says free postage for PRINTS in the email!!

I've just got my prints back from here and wasn't very impressed, the colours are very yellowy. I've emailed them and just had a reply back saying that
'Unfortunately, I need to refer this to other staff within our Customer Care organization who handle this issue. I regret that I cannot take immediate action, but please be aware that we will be working to respond to you as quickly as possible.'
Yet I'm sure on their website it says they will refund or replace any bad prints.
What do other ppl think of their quality?

Hey guys if you go through quidco you get 20 free prints and only pay 99p for postage BUT you earn £3.50 cashback! :-)

I got an email this morning from them and it only mentions the free P&P. Good if you are a new member or if you were already planning to do some prints, but it's not very good for me as I don't want to pay for the prints! Thanks though!
