problems with tesco mobile recycle/samsung handset!!

hi i know this is not a grabbit - but it is in response tro a grabbit that was posted on here a while back - re purchasing a samsung handset from e2save, then recycling via tesco mobile recycle for a £60 giftcard.
just wondering if anyone else who sent theirs off has heard anything? mine seems to have gone missing. royal mail track and trace still showing undelivered. been on phone all morning trying to find someone at tesco mobile recycle to ask about it - eventually spoke to someone at the company that recieves the phones - they have no record of receiving it.
have emailed loads of times - no response.
i'm just concerned now that either my phone is 'lost' (ie nicked) in post, or that if it ever does turn up, it will be way outside of th e10 day return period they specify, and i'll only get th epaltry £5 they're now offering for it!!!

Did you send it recorded or special delivery. You officially should only be able to claim what it COST you from RM but I have twice claimed for ebay items that didn't arrive and simply claimed for the amount I should have received - ie you could claim using the email from Tesco saying you will receive £60 (as long as you posted SD)
Good luck!0 -
