I've bought from them several times and never had any problems...all good stuff at great prices. I once bought a pair of shoes that were too narrow and I didn't have any problems with returning them. One thing though is that sometimes delivery can take a bit longer than usual....sometimes these sites - especially secretsales.com (which I love) don't send items out right away. They wait until the sale is over after a few days before sending out or sometimes it can take up to a month for the item to be dispatched.....it varies really....a pair of earrings I bought arrived within 48 hours but a sweater took just over a month before it was dispatched.

I have purchased items from them - usually excellent quality and what you would expect for the brand you've purchased from, only downside is the wait for delivery. I think they collect our orders then order from the company direct - then send them out, or something like that!!!
